By placing an order or using the service, the customer accepts these terms.
Formation
- Written acceptance of a quotation

We reserve the right to withdraw quotations until acceptance.
Prices, Payment & Legal Basis
Pricing
All prices are subject to statutory value-added tax. Advance payments may be required for new customers.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within order, unless otherwise agreed. After the due date, we charge statutory default interest.
Suspension of Services
We are entitled to suspend services in the event of payment default.
Usage Rights, Licensing and Confidentiality
Usage & Licensing Rights
The use of any systems, software or AI services provided is permitted solely within the scope agreed in the contract.
- Usage rights arise only after full payment
- Disclosure to third parties requires written consent
- Sub-licensing is not permitted unless expressly agreed
Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep all business and technical information confidential.
We implement technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, encrypted data transmission and regular system monitoring.
Liability & Exclusion of Liability
Domainsprofi.com is liable exclusively in cases of wilful intent or gross negligence, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
Limitation
Liability is limited to the amount of the respective order value, insofar as legally permissible.
No liability – force majeure
Failures caused by unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, war or terrorist attacks
No liability – external failures
System failures of third-party providers such as internet service providers, power grid operators or hardware manufacturers
No liability – user conduct
Improper, incorrect or misuse of the service by the customer themselves
Term and Termination
Contract Term
Terms arise from the relevant offer or individual agreement
Ordinary Termination
Notice period is standard 30 days to the end of the month
Good Cause
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected
Domain Transfer
Termination or transfer in accordance with registry policies
Final Provisions
Choice of Law
The terms and conditions of DOMAINSPROFI.COM law shall apply.
Jurisdiction
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
